Amanda Dowds

Event Planner
Amanda joined the J. Scott team a year ago and in that short time has built a strong reputation in the industry. She graduated from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida with a degree in hospitality management. After graduation Amanda went on to work for top industry companies in both Philadelphia and New York City. Her down to earth personality creates a strong bond with clients from the start. Her experience, creativity and innovative ideas make her an integral part of the J. Scott staff.

Julianne Faris

Assistant
As a graduate of the Restaurant School in Philadelphia, Julianne has had the opportunity to work in all areas of the hospitality industry, from the kitchen to the front of the house. She brings to J. Scott a new and well rounded view of catering.

Doris Macey

Operation Manager
As Operations Manager for J. Scott Catering, Doris is an integral part of the management team and is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. She is responsible for directing personnel and coordinating our event preparation and implementation.

Erin Morrison

Executive Chef
Erin brings with him 13 years of experience in the kitchen. Having apprenticed in France and worked in some of the area's top restaurants, Erin is familiar with how to keep menus new and exciting. In his time at J. Scott he has created seasonal menus with a focus on Buy Fresh Buy Local. We are proud to have him as part of our team and look forward to the years to come.

Olivia Peiffer

Event Planner
Olivia comes to us with many years of catering experience having worked in a variety of positions within the field. She studied Hospitality Management at Widener University and began her professional career at a prestigious event venue in Philadelphia. Olivia has a keen eye for detail and works hard to stay on the cutting edge of the catering industry.

Founder and President
Since founding J. Scott Catering in 1995, Scott has worked hard to establish a reputation for exceptional food and superior customer service. His efforts have not gone unnoticed. J. Scott Catering has been recognized locally and nationally for culinary talent and fine attention to detail, including being named for five consecutive years as "Best Caterer" by Main Line Today.

A graduate of Paul Smith's College, where he was named "Most Outstanding Culinary Arts Graduate", Scott trained at Virginia's famous Inn at Little Washington before returning home to open J. Scott Catering.
