      Marcel has been recognized for his experience and talents as an accomplished chef, as general manager in the top 25 country clubs for 20 years, and as an event planner with 15 years of off-premise catering experience. He brings an expertise in menu design to J. Scott Catering clients, developing extra special events with creative design details for any size occasion.

      With over 10 years of catering experience, Debbie brings a fresh, creative and relaxed approach to event planning. Her experience with corporate catering at an area University, gives her the experience needed to understand budget restraints, committee decisions and difficult delivery locations. Her positive outlook, unique design ideas and staying atop current trends gives her the expertise needed for weddings and social events.

      As Operations Manager for J. Scott Catering, Doris is an integral part of the management team and is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. She is responsible for directing personnel and coordinating our event preparation and implementation.
  • Steve Mittnacht
    • Steve Mittnacht was born and raised in Chester County, Pennsylvania. For over 30 years Steve has graced the area with his culinary talents. He has gained valuable skills from as being an intricate part of the planning and opening of Ludwigs Inn and Ludwigs Village Market. Contributing to his knowledge of fine dining he has also worked as a Pastry Chef/Sous Chef in restaurants such as The General Warren Inn and the Barons Inn. Over the last 5 years Chef Steve has been working with J Scott Catering as Sous Chef and in recent months has taken over the position of executive chef. He is very excited for his new position and is eager for all your events to come.

      Nicole brings 19 years in catering and food service to J. Scott Catering. She excels in event planning by building personal connections with each client to make them feel comfortable and help design a uniquely individual special occasion. Using a team approach, Nicole involves the client in the planning process in order to identify and deliver on the event vision and expectations.

      Since founding J. Scott Catering in 1995, Scott has worked hard to establish a reputation for exceptional food and superior customer service. His efforts have not gone unnoticed. J. Scott Catering has been recognized locally and nationally for culinary talent and fine attention to detail, including being named for five consecutive years as "Best Caterer" by Main Line Today.

      A graduate of Paul Smith's College, where he was named "Most Outstanding Culinary Arts Graduate", Scott trained at Virginia's famous Inn at Little Washington before returning home to open J. Scott Catering.

      Jenni brings ten years of experience in the hospitality industry with her to this new position. She is learning the ropes of off-premise catering and enjoying all the excitement and challenges the job brings. Working within a team atmosphere, Jenni hopes to gain the knowledge and skills to help plan your future events.
