The skies brightened up on Saturday after the previous evening’s storms and we had a gorgeous day for the Radnor Hunt Races. We had multiple food stations set up for our guests to enjoy while watching the races including the Radnor Hunt favorite, our Chester County Artisan Cheese board. Our cheese board is filled with artisan cheeses produced by local family run farms. We always source our cheese locally in support of our community. Along with our cheese board, we also served a classic antipasto, a bruschetta station, and a grilling station. The grilling station was perfect for the warm spring day; it included Moroccan grilled chicken strips, ginger-honey and soy marinade grilled flank steak, and grilled vegetable skewers. It was a big hit among our guests! The annual Radnor Hunt Races have been a long-standing spring tradition on the Main Line with this race being the 84th running. All of the proceeds from the races benefit the land and water preservation programs of the Brandywine Conservancy in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania.
